2. Service Access and Account Management

Account Creation

• Accounts are created automatically when you first interact with our Telegram bot
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated
• One account per user—multiple accounts may result in service suspension

Usage Limits

• Free, trial, and paid plans have the limits shown in the current app or Telegram bot
• Usage limits can vary by media type, plan, and promotional bonus
• Your account shows the applicable allowance and renewal period

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Planned maintenance will be announced with reasonable advance notice
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, updates, or external factors

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

• Personal video translation projects and commercial projects when your plan permits them
• Educational content and training materials
• Marketing and promotional content
• Internal business communications

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to: - Illegal Content: Process content that violates applicable laws - Harmful Material: Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination - Intellectual Property Infringement: Content you don't own or have rights to use - Privacy Violations: Content containing unauthorized personal information - Spam or Abuse: Excessive or automated requests that strain our infrastructure - Circumvention: Attempts to bypass usage limits, security measures, or payment systems - Competitive Intelligence: Reverse engineering or copying our technology - Adult Content: Explicit sexual or pornographic material

Content Guidelines

• Ensure you have rights to translate and distribute your content
• Respect copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

• Maintain appropriate content standards for your intended audience

4. Payment Terms and Pricing

Pricing Structure

• Current plan prices and allowances are shown before purchase in the app or Telegram bot
• Promotional pricing and bonuses may be offered at our discretion

Payment Processing

• Available payment methods and currency are shown at checkout
• Payment authorization occurs before paid service delivery
• Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy

Billing and Taxes

• Subscriptions renew as disclosed at checkout unless canceled before renewal

Failed Payments

Translations and Other Service Outputs

• Your rights in the source video, audio, and other material remain yours. Subly's service does not grant rights in third-party source material.
• On free and trial plans, Subly grants you a limited license to use service-generated transcripts, translations, subtitles, and rendered media for personal, noncommercial purposes. Rendered video on these plans includes a Subly watermark, which you may not remove or obscure.
• While your paid plan or pass is active, Subly grants you permission to use service-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes and to download eligible rendered video without a Subly watermark, subject to your rights in the source material and any third-party rights.
• Subly retains rights it holds in its branding and any protectable service-created contributions. These terms do not claim ownership of your source material or of elements that cannot be protected under applicable law.

Our Technology

• Subly's software, algorithms, and systems are our proprietary property
• Our service includes licensed technology from third-party AI providers
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of our technology
• Our branding, logos, and trademarks are protected intellectual property

Third-Party Content

• Respect copyright when translating videos from platforms like YouTube or TikTok
• Platform-specific terms of service may apply to your content usage
• We are not responsible for intellectual property disputes related to your content

6. Service Quality and Limitations

AI Technology Limitations

• Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, AI translation may contain errors
• Context: Complex cultural references or idioms may not translate perfectly
• Languages: Quality varies by language pair and content type
• Technical Content: Specialized terminology may require human review

Service Scope

• Processing Time: Most videos processed within 5 minutes during normal load
• File Limits: Maximum video length and file size restrictions apply
• Format Support: Limited to supported video and audio formats
• Quality Options: Different processing tiers with varying speed and accuracy

No Warranties

We provide our service "as is" without warranties of any kind, including: - Accuracy or completeness of translations - Uninterrupted or error-free service operation - Compatibility with all devices or platforms - Meeting specific performance expectations

7. Data Handling and Privacy

Data Processing

• Video content is processed temporarily and deleted within 24 hours
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• Third-party AI providers may process your content according to their terms
• Usage analytics are collected to improve service quality

Privacy Rights

• Your privacy rights are detailed in our Privacy Policy
• You may request data deletion subject to legal and operational requirements
• Cross-border data transfers are conducted with appropriate safeguards

8. Limitation of Liability
